Shipping Policy

We kindly ask that you allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and dispatched on standard days, and 2–4 business days during site-wide sales. We promise to always do our absolute best to get your order out even quicker than that. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with self-service tracking. Your package will then take an additional 2–4 business days to arrive.

Outside of the United Kingdom: Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. The courier (e.g., DHL) will notify you prior to delivery with the outstanding amount and payment instructions. Please note that we are legally required to list the accurate commercial value of your package on the shipping label.
